To better serve you  and allow you to make good choices when it comes to choosing a practitioner, the following policies are part of our new patient agreement.  

Prescription Refills: Refills received after 3 PM on Thursday will not be processed until at least Monday morning.  Expect a 72 hour turnaround time on your prescription refills.  There will be no refills over the weekend, so plan ahead. 

Narcotics: We believe that narcotics are good for a limited number of problems.  Therefore, narcotics will not be prescribed for long term use. WE DO NOT PRESCRIBE NARCOTICS FOR CHRONIC PAIN CONDITIONS.  If you have a narcotic dependence, we ask that you consider using a pain clinic for this issue. 

After Hours Calls:  If you have an emergency please call 911. If you don't know if it is an emergency, but you don't think that the problem can wait until the next business day, call 911 or go to one of your local ER's. Please refer to our "Is it an Emergency" page on this website for suggestions on what may be something that requires immediate attention. 

Hospital Admission: You will be referred to the inpatient hospital services at one of the local hospitals.  We request that you sign a release of information so that upon discharge we can see what care was given to you while in the hospital.  We are happy to  coordinate your care as an outpatient.  Our practitioner  has courtesy privileges at Enumclaw Hospital.

Copays:  Copays are due at the  time of your visit.  If you do not know the amount our staff will verify your coverage and your copay amount (this includes your portion of the allowed charges).

Cash Discounts: We offer discounts for cash (including checks, money orders, credit card purchases - Visa and Mastercard) paid at time of service.   

Credit Cards:  We do accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover  for your convenience.
