How can I have hope to change the world? I can hardly control my own life, how can I have anything left over for others?

Are you asking these questions now? If so, I will tell you how I find hope in this miserable world.

My hope is in my personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  He gives me hope, peace, joy, and freedom.  He is not a God who wants to discipline me for any tiny slip up. Instead he is a personal friend who loves me like no one else can.  He loved me so much that he willingly went to the cross to have relationship with me for eternity. 

He plays an active part in my everyday life.  I know that he has my back.  He is like the big brother we all want to have.  He is like a father that will protect me always.  He is like a close friend that I can be totally honest with and yet he loves me. 

Hebrews 13:5 "I will never leave your nor forsake you".

John 3:16  "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."

Galatians 5:22 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control." 

Romans 5:5 And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. 

So how do you come to know this Jesus as a friend and savior.  Just ask him into your heart and to forgive your sins. 

Romans 10;9 That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved....For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. 

We would be thrilled to know that you have ask Jesus to be your savior so please call us and let us know  Then get involved in a church that loves Jesus.  How do you know that a church loves Jesus? Do they love each other? If they love each other then they love Jesus.
