Six Easy Ways to Improve your Health and COntrol future costs

SLEEP - Get enough sleep 6 to 8 hours per night, so that when you awaken you do not feel tired.

EXERCISE - 30 minutes per day (this does not have to be intense even walking counts). If you can't walk 30 minutes at a time, try three 10 minute walks

DIET - Reduce fat intake to no more than 20 grams.  Weight Watchers is a good program to participate in. Whatever you chose to do needs to be something you can continue for the rest of your life.  Fruits and vegetables are always good.

WATER - Drink six 8 oz daily

SMOKING - No smoking

STRESS  - Find things that help you relax and re-center your mind.  Get connected to God.  

We all want an easy fast way to lose weight, however, it is all a matter of numbers.  We have to limit the amount of calories in and increase how many we use in order to lose weight and keep it off.  There is no magic pill that works no matter what the TV tells us. 

If you do some maintenance work now, you will have less breakdowns in the future.  You cannot wait until things break to fix them.
